Cycling Could Make Your Brain Bigger!

I wanted to share some big news for us bike lovers!

It turns out cycling isn’t just great for our hearts and muscles, it could even be making our brains bigger.

This study from 2023 found that people who exercise often, even moderately, have more brain matter than those who don’t.

This can mean improvement in memory and learning, and even help prevent dementia and Alzheimer’s.

So if your partner jokes that you spend too much time in the saddle, just show them this.

If you’re like me, the freeing feeling of wind in your hair is more than enough to keep you pedalling.

But it sure is nice to know each ride is improving your physical and mental health too.
